Zanussi Washing Machine Reviews
Although Zanussi may not have been producing appliances for as long as companies such as Hotpoint and Whirlpool, they are proving very popular with homeowners around the world. Yet although all Zanussi washing machines still carry the companies name on them today, it is owned by Electrolux, who purchased it in 1984.
Following the company’s acquisition in 1984, there have been some changes made to their washing machines. One of the first innovations to be introduced was the JetSystem, that helped to make washing a great deal easier. In fact the advertisement campaign devised for this new range of washing machines from Zanussi is one that many people still remember today for the slogan “The Appliance of Science”.
Although it may be a small company in comparison to the likes of Electrolux this is a very forward thinking company who want to ensure that their customers’ needs are met. Another new innovation that this company introduced in the late part of the 1980’s was the split tank and which is still a feature of all Zanussi washing machines today. It is this innovative feature called the “Nexus Tub” that helps their machines to clean items more efficiently, without the need to use great amounts of water, or detergent.
Of course what really makes this company’s washing machines stand out from some of the other makes and models is that they are very reliable. However if a fault should develop, they are easy to fix as many of the parts used are the same ones that are used in a number of the other washing machines that Electrolux make. So of course, when it does come to finding replacement parts for any Zanussi washing machines, this shouldn’t prove at all difficult and shouldn’t cost that much to buy. Overall, if you are looking for a washing machine you can rely on for many years to come, then those by Zanussi are worth considering.

I am completely in love with my Zanussi washer/dryer since purchasing it. I wasn’t really looking at spending so much on a replacement machine, but immediately fell in love with the looks of the many Zanussi washing machines now available.
As you would expect the build quality of this Zanussi washing machine is very good and I know I can rely on it to last for many years to come. As there is only me and my husband at present, I find that although it is only capable of holding 6kg of washing it is more than suitable for our needs.
Another reason why I have fallen in love with the Zanussi ZWD16270, is that it is very easy to use and is very efficient. Along with not only telling me how much longer the wash cycle has to go, it automatically switches itself off when the level of dryness in the items inside has been reached, so I’m not having to constantly watch over it. I would recommend this particular one of the Zanussi washing machines to friends and family, if they are in the situation where they need to replace the one they have.

I have owned a Zanussi washing machine for almost 20 years now and have been more than happy with the service it has provided. Since buying the Zanussi FL1012 it has only had two problems with it, which certainly goes to show you just how reliable Zanussi washing machines are.
The first problem that arose was that the programmer needed to be replaced, but this occurred 11 years after the machine was first installed. The second problem that occurred was the hot water hose begun to leak and of course this then needed replacing, but it was only after providing me many years of service.
Okay, because it is old, the machine does make a little bit more noise when it spins. However it stills gets plenty of the water out and things still come out looking clean. So when the time comes I will of course being replacing this washing machine with one of the latest Zanussi washing machines available today.
